About

Christin Powell’s passion lies at the intersection of beauty, health and wellness. She has spent the last 15 years as a beauty entrepreneur and formulator for some of the top beauty brands in the market today. Christin’s career path is very much inspired by her own desire to help women feel and look beautiful through products that work and are good-for-you at the same time.

Long before organic skincare went mainstream, Christin began an unsuccessful search for effective, natural beauty products for her sensitive skin. Armed with a Business degree from UC Santa Barbara and 10 years in brand marketing, Christin set about creating her own original organic skincare products. In the process, she discovered two exciting facts: her formulas really worked, and she loved creating them. Christin co-founded Juice Beauty, an organic skincare line born in her own Mill Valley, California kitchen, and eventually sold in Sephora, Nordstrom, Whole Foods – and in the hearts of thousands of women across the globe. Her vision at Juice Beauty was recognized in Entrepreneur, the New York Times, San Francisco Business Times, and in numerous speaking engagements.

Since Juice Beauty, Christin spent 4 years as head of Research and Development for PerriconeMD where she formulated some of Perricone’s top selling skincare, bodycare and nutriceutical products and most recently created a groundbreaking new skincare line, EVER, for the Stella & Dot Family of Brands.

A native Californian, Christin lives in Marin County with her husband, two children and lots of bicycles. When she isn’t creating skincare, she is most likely whipping up organic meals to share with family and friends or hiking Mount Tam whenever possible.
